1. Acceptance of Terms

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the angel288 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of angel288 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no fraud investigation is pending.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. angel288 complies with all applicable PAGCOR directives and Philippine gaming regulations. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable law or regulation, the applicable law or regulation shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
